Eventful Weekend

Well its been a busy weekend. On Friday afternoon Gurubachan Singh arrived from Bali with his 2 sons Harimander Jot and Sat Gurumukh and his manager Rolando. Friday evening enjoyed spending some time with them after my English tution. Saturday morning I went over bright and early for a swim at the Hyatt, cause they where they stayed. Enjoyed the gym there and a quick swim and then met my family and his over lunch. In the afternoon, a few people who wanted to meet and hang out with GBS came over and we all relaxed together.
In the evening Gurubachan taught a workshop on Personal Success at the Sikh Centre. The best thing about it was that he removed the concept of success in just a material sense, bringing it to a personal and spiritual level as well. We enjoyed some nice meditation in that session and I'll be posted some pictures from this weekend soon.
Sunday (yesterday) Ravi went up to KL with Gurubachan to conduct the workshop there and Gurubachan also did a session in the gurdwara on "Shabad Guru". Meanwhile, I got to work in Singapore, packing up all of our stuff into boxes and getting our things ready to move to Bukit Panjang. Late Sunday evening, the movers came and I got everything over here. Today I got connected to the internet (wireless is so cool!) and I am now in Bukit Panjang with all my stuff but no food anywhere! I'll work for awhile here and then head back to the house.
All of my muscles are sore today, been lugging too many boxes around. I'm excited to get back to work in my new office (which is no longer in my bedroom).
Sat Nam and cheerio for now.
Humbly, Guru Jaswant K.

You can see a brief bio of him on our website: www.yogaeastsingapore.com.
He is a teacher, businessman, and good friend of the family from the US.
